Pastoral Care

Caring for One Another

Pastoral Care

A Community Shaped by Love

Walking with One Another

The care we offer one another grows from our shared life of prayer, worship, and community. As people formed around the Eucharistic Table, we seek to celebrate one another’s joys, accompany one another through life’s challenges, and create a community where no one feels forgotten.

What We Offer

Staying Connected

Care takes many forms, from practical support to simple acts of presence and companionship.

  • Blessing Bags for newcomers, those who are ill, and those unable to leave home.
  • Calling Circles that help foster connection and reduce isolation.
  • Home Communion offered by clergy.
  • Pastoral visits, prayer, and spiritual support.
